REO & SHORT-SALE PROPERTIES

We act as principals on our own behalf and actively represent a few select Private Equity funds that are currently seeking Distressed Assets, REO Properties, Pre-Foreclosed Properties, as well as Performing and Non-performing Notes. CURRENT ACQUISITION CRITERIA: Well located Commercial Properties in the Southeastern United States with the focal point being Metro-Atlanta.

LEASING

If you are a tenant looking to relocate or expand your business or to renegotiate your existing lease, we offer Tenant Representation services and will assist you in all aspects of the leasing process; including, site identification, lease negotiation, contract review on to occupancy .
